Disintegrators

The MACSA 300 Overhung Hammermill (Disintegrator Mills) have been introduced to satisfy the needs of laboratories, research institutions and industry requiring size reduction on a semi production scale. MACSA 300 Overhung Hammermills have been successfully installed in the coal, minerals and ore, sugar, food, chemicals and fryable grain.

The MACSA 300 Overhung Disintegrator Hammer Mill has been designed to satisfy the needs of Laboratories, Research Institutions and Industries requiring size reduction on a semi-production scale.

The Mill is fabricated from Mild Steel with machined steel grinding elements. Hard-faced beaters can be offered if required and the Mill is V-belt driven allowing speed alterations to be made relatively easily for different grinding operations.

The Mill is powered by a 4 kW drive with a 380/525 Volt motor. A more powerful 7.5 kW drive is also available and can be fitted with a highly efficient turbo rotor system.

The Mill has been successfully installed in the Coal, Mineral & Ore, Chemical, Food, Sugar and Friable Grain Industries.
